TAKORONGA LODGE
Takoronga
Lodge is situated on the east end of Betio on the lagoon side where it features
the ruins and scars of one of the bloodiest battles of WW2, the Battle of
Tarawa.
The lodge has a total of 3
deluxe rooms all equipped with Air Conditioning, King Size double beds, Beer
fridges, TV with DVD players, Settees, dressing tables, and private toilets and
shower providing hot and cold water.
The lodge encompasses a kitchen
with dinning room (mess room) and daily meals are also provided on arrangement
by your very own host who is an experienced cook in European dishes.
Laundry and Ironing facilities are also
available.
